What happens when culinary talent unites with world-class vintners? You get one dynamic event: the Nantucket Wine & Food Festival.
This year's festival will take place from May 27 to 31 and feature more than 50 distinctive events across five days.
“The programming is on fire this year with new talent, new tastes, and new experiences. Get ready for a fresh take on this annual island celebration,” said Nancy Bean, founder of the festival, in a statement shared with Boston 25 News.
Some of the new programming highlights for this year's Nantucket Wine & Food Festival include the following:
- “Battle of the Cabs”: Enjoy a four-course dinner offering some of the top wines from California and around the globe. Blind tastings will cover standout specialties from Chile, Napa Valley, and Walla Walla, Washington.
- Caviar, Oysters, and Bubbles: Held at The Nantucket Hotel & Resort, this experience pairs caviar and oysters with some of the finest bubbles from Champagne and beyond.
- "Junior Top Chef": Witness four culinary teams at Bartlett's Farm compete for the title of "Junior Top Chef Champion" to receive a $10,000 culinary scholarship benefiting the Nantucket High School Culinary Arts Program.
- Oyster Seminar - The World Is Your Oyster: Visit Bartlett's Farm to explore the world of oysters. Demystify their briny bliss as you watch professional shuckers unearth these treasures from the sea.
The Nantucket Wine & Food Festival celebrates its 28th year in 2026. Visit the festival's website for tickets and more information.
