Cape Cod Coffee is expanding from its Cape Cod roots and plans to open a sixth location in Framingham. The company expects to host its first customers in late summer 2026.

According to a What Now Boston report, the Framingham café will be at 770 Water St. in Nobscot Village, marking the brand's first café in the Greater Boston area.

The Cape Cod Coffee Framingham build-out is progressing, according to What Now Boston. When completed, it will occupy a shared-space location near Monmouth Trading Cards and Brass Tap in Nobscot Village.

The menu at Cape Cod Coffee's Framingham location will include coffeehouse staples like lattes, cappuccinos, chai, and smoothies. Food offerings will include pastries and light bites, as well as salads and more substantial items.

Established in 1970, Cape Cod Coffee has become a leader in ethical sourcing, small-batch roasting, and sourcing beans from growers in 12 countries. Coffee blends include Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance-certified coffees, where possible, and are pesticide-free where feasible.

Looking beyond the future of its Framingham location, CEO Jan Aggerbeck told What Now Boston that the company is “opening several new locations off the Cape this year.” More details on this expansion plan are expected in May.
