A limited-edition sweet collaboration has returned just in time for the Boston Marathon.
To celebrate the 130th running of the Boston Marathon on Monday, April 20, Kane's Donuts and Samuel Adams have partnered on a 26.2 Brew Donut. The seasonal specialty will be available through today, Monday, April 20, at all three Kane's Donuts locations: on Lincoln Avenue and Route 1 in Saugus and Boston's Financial District.
According to a Patch of Boston report, the 26.2 Brew Donut is a light, yeast-style pastry infused with Samuel Adams 26.2 brew. It's then topped with a glaze that blends reduced beer into Kane's signature honey glaze. The doughnut bakes with the alcohol, but all the alcohol gets cooked off, leaving only the beer's flavor without any buzz.
The Patch noted that 2026 is the second year of the partnership, which aims to celebrate the Boston Marathon, one of the world's oldest and longest-running marathons.
