The New England Patriots' run to the Super Bowl has reached the hard court.
According to an NESN report, during the first quarter of the Boston Celtics' game against the Portland (Oregon) Trail Blazers on Monday, Jan. 26, the arena captured Celtics owner Bill Chisholm wearing a black pullover hoodie featuring the message “I heart Drake Maye” with a twist.
Chisholm's hoodie used a green clover, replacing the heart motif, to represent the Celtics. Chisholm, the managing partner and chief investment officer for STG Partners, LLC, which purchased the Celtics last year, was captured on the big screen at TD Garden screaming while pointing to his black pullover hoodie.
The hoodie design is now going viral across New England, with Patriots fans proudly sporting it. According to a College Sports Network report, Chisholm's hoodie was intended as a tribute to New England Patriots starting quarterback Drake Maye.
The Patriots will take the field on Sunday, Feb. 8, during Super Bowl LX, when New England faces off against the Seattle Seahawks.
