If you ask any Bostonian where to go to grab the best slice of pizza, chances are you'll hear the name Regina Pizzeria.

The beloved pizza shop celebrates its 100th year in operation this year, underscoring its enduring status as a must-visit spot for pizza lovers. According to a MassLive report, the business has expanded over the years into a regional chain with locations around Boston and as far as the Cape and Foxwoods.

Its original North End location on Thacher Street blends distinctive charm with a timeworn corner-spot ambiance, fueling a steady line of regulars and newcomers eager to wrap their fingers around a slice of the pie.

Guests can dine in or order takeout. Its Thacher Street home offers a broad menu that includes seasonal pizzas like Chicken Parm Pizza and Chicken & Prosciutto Pizza, as well as classic cheese and pepperoni.

To enhance the experience, sitting in a booth is recommended to soak in the atmosphere. Regina's offers cheese and pepperoni pizza by the slice: $4.25 for a slice of cheese pizza, and $5.15 for a slice of pepperoni.
