The New England Patriots have punched their ticket for the NFL playoffs, but it's quarterback Drake Maye that's creating quite a stir among fans who are celebrating his breakout season. Maye's No. 10 jersey has been flying off store shelves just in time for Christmas.

"If I had $1 for every person that called here asking me if I had a Drake Maye jersey, I'd be a millionaire 10 times over," said Mahlon Williams, owner of I Love Boston Sports, according to CBS News Boston WBZ-TV.

Patriots fans have expressed pride in the team's return to winning ways and view the playoff run as a sign that the Patriots' strong performance is returning to Foxboro.

WBZ caught up with several fans at the Patriot Place ProShop who were hoping to get their hands on a Maye jersey. Only a few youth sizes were in stock as of Monday, Dec. 22.

"Franchises go years and decades trying to find their franchise quarterback, and for us to get Drake Maye in here, it's insane," Zach Reed, who took his son to the Patriots Hall of Fame on Monday, said per WBZ.

Patriot Place ProShop and local retailers said they anticipate a new shipment of Drake Maye jerseys after the holidays.
