The National Shrine of Our Lady La Salette in Attleboro, Massachusetts, will bring back its Christmas Festival of Lights with more than 100 new displays for this holiday season.
According to an NBC 10 News WJAR report, the festival will run from Saturday, Nov. 22, through Sunday, Jan. 4, 2026. A total of 137 new displays will be added, expanding light installations beyond the scope of previous years. Shrine officials said more than a million Christmas lights will be illuminated each day from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
For the best viewing experience, visitors are encouraged to experience the lights on weekday evenings during the Christmas celebration.
This year's Christmas Festival of Lights theme invites visitors to “Rejoice In Hope. The Night Is Far Gone, The Day Is At Hand.”
In addition to the lights, the shrine features an international creche museum, a permanent display entitled "Judea, Jerusalem, and Galilee at the Time of Jesus," Christmas music concerts featuring Fr. Pat, and various outdoor holiday attractions.
Entrance to the festival and parking are free for all visitors.
