This month, 34 Park, a modern Italian restaurant at 34 Park St. in Andover, is inviting the community to celebrate the beginning of autumn with several dynamic events, including live musical performances, cake decorating classes, painting workshops, and more.

In collaboration with The Sugar Connection, 34 Park will host its first cake decorating class, Cakes & Cozy Sips, at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 17. The hands-on workshop will allow guests to decorate their own cinnamon cake. Participants will explore how to color buttercream using fall tones, use professional decorating tools to frost a cake, and add edible leaves, pumpkins, and glitter. All materials will be provided. Tickets are $50 per person; the event is suited to participants ages 21 and older.

On Tuesday, Sept. 30, members of the public are invited to attend a special “Paint Nite.” Hosted by local artist Katrina Reid, the event will teach guests how to paint a monarch butterfly. No previous painting experience is required. Tickets are $45 per person; this event is also suited for participants ages 21 and older.

A new "34 DARK" music series also launches this month with live concerts. Featured performers will include Ryan Calkins on Saturday, Sept. 20, and Randy McGravey on Saturday, Sept. 27.
